Keystone Opportunity Scholars awards need-based scholarships to qualifying students across Arizona. Awards go directly to the school.
Keystone Opportunity Scholars operates as a Section 25F-approved SGO in Pennsylvania. Through donor tax credits, we provide K-12 private school scholarships to students across the state, prioritizing families in lower-performing school districts.
To qualify, students must:
Be a resident of Pennsylvania
Be enrolled or plan to enroll in an accredited private K–12 school in PA
Come from a household at or below 300% of the Area Median Income / Poverty Level threshold
Meet all state-specific compliance guidelines
Scholarships up to $9,000 per academic year. Awards are sent directly to the school and applied toward tuition and approved fees.
Applications take about 10 minutes. You'll need some financial documents handy.
