SGO Guide provides infrastructure, software, and administrative services to Scholarship Granting Organizations (SGOs) operating under Section 25F of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA). Services include SGO formation assistance, donor management tools, scholarship application processing, compliance monitoring, and related advisory services. Access to specific platform features is subject to a separate agreement between SGO Guide and the applicable organization.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SGO GUIDE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO SGO GUIDE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which SGO Guide is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
